Cathy has been a lifesaver for me many times. I own an import/export company, and I can only imagine myself working with her for the future. Everytime I come in she's such a delight to sit with, and always is able go resolve my issues extremely quick and efficiently. A+ service to her and the team here. Good job!

I come here for all my insurance needs and I am always happy! Most recently, I came in to get a quote for tenant's insurance. Cora was wonderful! She had me in and out quickly and didn't make me feel pressured. She attached her card to my quote and when I was ready I just sent her an email and she had all the documents back to me same day ready to go. Thanks for the friendly and efficient service Cora! Would absolutely recommend!

It was my first time having Lana help me at Westland insurance, registering and insuring a new vehicle as well as going above and beyond her tasks by helping me with other ICBC unrelated issues by printing off paperwork that was sent to me by an adjuster she didn't have to do this but she was pleased to help I'm going to ask for Lana personally next time I come in for anything regarding insurance. Great job Lana thank you for your help and your joyful and Happy Spirit made it a pleasure when it's not always a fun task to get done. IF I COULD GIVE LANA 10 STARS I WOULD
